Your first appointment

When you visit our practice for the first time, we will carry out a thorough dental examination and take the time to discuss any treatment options that may be appropriate for you. Before your appointment, you will receive a secure link that allows you to complete and update your medical questionnaire online, helping us ensure that your records are accurate and fully up to date.

As every patient has unique dental needs, this information allows us to tailor our care specifically to you. The medical questionnaire provides us with an overview of your general health, including details of your GP, any existing medical conditions and any medications you may currently be taking.

You can be assured that all information you provide is handled with the strictest confidentiality and is used solely to protect your wellbeing and enable us to deliver the highest standard of safe, effective dental care.

Making Appointments

We always strive to offer appointments at the earliest available time that fits around your schedule. While our diary at Greenlaw Dental Care can often be busy, we make every effort to provide you with a time that is both convenient and as prompt as possible.

If you experience a dental emergency, our team will do everything we can to ensure you are seen within 24 hours by the first available dentist. Our priority is to provide fast, effective care so you can receive the treatment you need and regain comfort and peace of mind as quickly as possible.

Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that things come up and you might have to cancel your appointment. This is not a problem, but we would ask that you try and give us at least 24 hours notice that you will not be able to attend as we may be able to give someone in need of emergency dentistry work that slot.

We might have to charge you for missed appointments with a short notice period. However, we hope to avoid this!
